My name is Derek Ho Mun Ee, a PropNex agent since 2013. I have always been working with Japanese companies from choosing of properties to negotiations, signing of contract and registration of legal documents and licences. Although I’m a Singaporean, I have prior experiences working in Japanese companies as engineer, sales and interpreter.

I also provide after sale / move-in support and total support for companies and individuals. Total support is something not related to property like bank, manpower support and etc. So, please feel free to contact me for discussion.
