When looking for shop space to rent, you’re not as good as you think you are. I’ve been doing this almost everyday for the last 5 years. You or me?
I have met quite a number of people who approached me, told me to look out for a nice shop space in a particular area, for example Bugis, which they themselves had been searching it from PropertyGuru for quite some time. PropertyGuru probably listed 90% or more of the listings available, and if you can’t find a suitable one, then I don’t think I can. I don’t have magic to do the trick. But what I can do is, if you could be more flexible about the location and tell me more about the intent of your business, I can recommend pretty good spaces for you to choose. You will be surprised that Bugis might not be suitable for you in the first place.
