Total Support
One of the special features of the total support is a stand-in during repair or installation. It means you don’t have to be at home to wait for the repair guy, you just need to pass me your key and I will be there instead. After the repair work is finished, I will return the key back to you.
So, when you have something spoiled, you can contact me.
- I will make arrangement with the repair guy
- On that day, leave your key to me and I will be there
- When the repair finished, I will return the key back to you
Commission
As a tenant you don’t have to pay commission under these conditions.
- Two years and above lease and
- When the rental is more than $3500
How much commission if the above conditions aren’t met?
- Half month rent of commission + GST for one year lease
- One month rent of commission + GST for two years lease
No renewal fee will be collected after tenant stays after 2 years.
